West Indies-based printer COT Holdings has produced new liquor cartons using VacuBRITE metallized paperboard from AR Metallizing in Belgium.

With the eco-friendly VacuBRITE paperboard, a metallic finish can be obtained on packaging with less aluminum content.

By using the laminated paperboard, the company expects to meet its customers' needs as the converting process is smooth from the starting to the end.

According to COT, the paperboard from AR Metallizing runs through machinery as normal paperboard and without the memory issues that film laminated paperboard can come across.
